He will be listed as “Super Lawyer” in the March 2008 edition of the Atlanta Magazine. “Super Lawyers” is considered to be a “listing of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.” Mr. Ragland was selected as “Super Lawyer” in the area of medical malpractice, a field in what he has considerable experience and expertise. “Super Lawyers” are those lawyers in each state who “received the highest point totals, as chosen by their peers and through the Independent Research of Law & Politics.” It is reported that less than 5% of attorneys are named as Super Lawyers each year. “The objective of the ‘Super Lawyers’ selection process is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource to assist attorneys and consumers in the search for legal counsel.” Daniel Ragland was grateful to have been chosen as a Super Lawyer for the fifth year in a row.
